When you buy products from Room2Play, we process the following personal data:
• Name and address of your company, contact persons, VAT number (CVR), telephone numbers, email, URL and relevant your bank information.
• Purpose: This processing is necessary for us to be able to do business with you and to fulfil Room2Play’s legal obligations in accordance with the Danish accounting rules.
• In some cases, this information is given to our suppliers and is then processed according to Room2Play’s instructions, and the information will always be processed in accordance with the correct technical, protective and organizational measures.
• Data retention: All entered data is stored at Room2Play as long as you are our customer and is then deleted after 5 years in accordance with the Danish accounting rules.
